By making a booking for our apartment or vacation home, you agree to the following terms and conditions
SHORT TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT
- Non-Refundable Payments: All payments made for booking the apartment or vacation home are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Full Payment Requirement: The total booking amount must be paid in full at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
- No Cancellations Allowed: Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or altered. The booking is final and binding.
- Non-Transferable Bookings: Bookings are non-transferable and cannot be rescheduled for any reason.
- No Refund for Early Departure: Guests who leave before their scheduled departure date will not receive a refund for the unused portion of their stay.
- No-Show Policy: If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date, the entire booking amount will be forfeited.
- Force Majeure Clause: Payments will not be refunded in case of natural disasters, acts of God, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Health and Medical Issues: No refunds will be provided for cancellations due to illness, medical emergencies, or other health-related issues.
- Travel Restrictions and Visa Issues: No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to travel restrictions, visa issues, or changes in travel plans.
- Change of Personal Plans: No refunds will be provided for cancellations due to changes in personal plans, schedules, or preferences.
- Weather Conditions: No refunds will be provided for cancellations due to adverse weather conditions or forecasts.
- Accommodation Issues: Minor issues with the accommodation that do not significantly impact the quality of the stay do not qualify for refunds.
- Guest Conduct: Guests must adhere to all house rules and behave responsibly. No refunds will be issued if a guest is asked to leave due to violations of house rules or unacceptable behavior.
- Damage to Property: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. Additional charges will apply for repair or replacement of damaged items.
- Payment Disputes: Any disputes regarding payments must be resolved directly with the payment provider. We will not issue refunds for any disputed payments.
- Chargeback Policy: In the event of a chargeback by the guest’s credit card company, the guest will be responsible for any associated fees and costs.
- Amendments to Booking: Any amendments to the booking are subject to approval and may incur additional charges. No refunds will be provided for changes.
- Security Deposits: Security deposits, if applicable, are separate from the booking payment and are subject to different terms regarding refunds.
- Booking Accuracy: It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure all booking details are correct. No refunds will be issued for errors made during the booking process.
- Legal Compliance: This policy complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Any provisions found to be unenforceable will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
- Policy Acceptance: By making a booking, the guest acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions in their entirety.
- Additional Charges for Damages: Any damage to the property caused by the guest will result in additional charges for repair or replacement. These charges will be deducted from the security deposit or billed separately if necessary.
- Check out time, you are agreed to check out on the due date of your reservation, and you are agreed to give Stanrental, LLC and the law enforment permission to remove you from the property after 10 am on your due date.
- , You agree to pay Stanrental, LLC any balance that you owe. we can not switch any client to other unit if there is any pending balance .
- any none-registered pet violate this contract
- guest can not move in with furniture to our units.
- non-registered pet is not allow in our property / guest you are responsible for any damage that your pets may cause in our units.
Other things to note
Only the individual who made the booking is permitted to check in. Additional individuals added to the reservation are not authorized for check-in. No third party booking are allowed. Reservations made under a third party will result in a cancelled booking without refund.
There are health risks associated with the use of hot water and the gym equipment. Guest agrees to use the hot water and/or the gym equipment at their own risk. The Owner(s) will not be responsible for any injuries sustained by the Guest or the members of the Guest’s party when using the hot water and/ and the Gym equipment. Guest who book with Stanrental llc will be responsible to advise all other members of their party of all potential risk.
We encourage the guest to take the elevator when the unit is in the 2rd floor or the 3rd floor , In case of emergency the guest can take the stairs but We will not be responsible for any accident happened in the stairs while using it.
You’ll be staying in someone’s home, so please treat it with care and respect.
Checking in and out
Check-in after 4:00 pm
Checkout before 10:00 am if the guest refuse to check out ,stanrental has the right to force you to leave with the assistance of the law enforcement
Self check-in with smart lock
If you want an early check – in or late check out that is fine the will be a 35 dollars per hour for that request
During your stay
8 guests maximum , the first 5 guest are free, any extra guest will pay an additional 50 dollars per night .
No pets
Quiet hours
10:00 pm – 7:00 am
No parties or events
Commercial photography allowed
No smoking
Additional rules
HOUSE RULES: All guest who books with us must be the guest who is primarily checking in Guest must have a working phone number. We reserve the right to cancel your stay if we are unable to communicate appropriately with you. Guests who live within 15 miles of the property must contact host before completing a booking. We reserve the right to remove your reservation if you do not follow this guideline. If you have a complaint upon arrival or during your stay you are authorizing us to come to the property to access it or resolve the issue. We are more than happy to help. This is a SELF CHECK IN property, you will be expected to check in yourself. Read manual before contacting host. While booking, please list the correct amount of guests staying at the home, any number of undeclared guests exceeding amount stated will be charged 50$/person/night and will be removed if deemed unsuitable guests. Maximum occupants are no more than 5 persons in our home 3 additional is allowed with an extra 50$ per night per guest . Undeclared guests exceeding occupant limit will result in being vacated for trespassing. Absolutely NO parties or gatherings are allowed. Any party will result in the police being called to escort all individuals out for trespassing Keep noise at a reasonable level. We want to respect all individuals who are living in our community. All noise complaints will be addressed appropriately, and more than one noise complaint will give us the permission to remove you from the property without a refund Any attempt made to damage our business (Stanrental LLC) in the case that you are dissatisfied or lose a resolution with Stanrental. Please be respectful. Absolutely no smoking is allowed at the property, inside the apartment or outside on the balcony as we are a smoke free destination. The penalty is set by the complex and will be 1000$ per occurrence. Late checkout policy: This policy includes request for late checkout prior or during your stay and will be approved as long as accommodations are available. In the event that we are unable to accommodate you and you have not left the property 60 minutes after checkout time (10:00am), the applicable late fee will be charged. —— We will charge the very late checkout fee after 11;:30 aM. The very late checkout fee is one night’s rate and also does not give you the right to stay another night at our home. You will still be vacated from the property. We have guests who are checking in after you and it is all important for our cleaning staff to provide them the same service as they did for you. Whoever books with us must follow all terms and conditions of our guidelines and all of Stanrental’s Policies. All guests must read and review the community guidelines before booking and a copy will also be left in the binder on our TV console. Key fob must be returned to area found upon checkout. Before leaving, please ensure you have all items with you. We will not be responsible for lost items, or have our team ship items home to you. Amenities and suppliers is limited, guest who stay for 4 days or more is responsible to buy extra liquid soap, , toilet paper, paper towel, detergent ,bleach . also trash bag, We always put enough Suppliers for our guest , depend on how the guest use them may finish in the next day, we are not responsible to send other suppliers above, How ever you can request us to bring some but there will be a fee for that.

Security $ 250 deposit will be refunded only if the guest respect the term and the condition.

Very-late check out fee: One night’s stay.
Undeclared guest charge: 50/guest/night.
Undeclared guest exceeding max occupancy (4 persons) 150/unauthorized guest/night.
Key fob replacement fee 300$.
lost TV remote fee: 50$.
