STANRENTAL LLC
HOUSE RULES
Effective Date: 10/19/2022
These House Rules apply to all guests, occupants, visitors, children, and approved pets associated with a StanRental LLC reservation.
By booking, checking in, entering, or occupying the property, the booking guest agrees to follow these House Rules and ensure that everyone connected with the reservation also complies.
These House Rules supplement StanRental LLC’s Terms and Conditions, Cancellation and No-Refund Policy, the specific property listing, and any mandatory booking-platform rules.
1. BOOKING GUEST
The person named on the reservation must:
- Be at least 21 years old;
- Personally check in and occupy the property unless StanRental LLC approves otherwise in writing;
- Provide a working telephone number and accurate identification;
- Remain reasonably available for communication during the stay.
Third-party bookings are not permitted without prior written approval.
StanRental LLC may decline or cancel a reservation when the booking information is false, incomplete, fraudulent, or materially inconsistent with the intended stay, subject to applicable law and booking-platform rules.
2. CHECK-IN
Standard check-in begins after 4:00 p.m.
The property uses self check-in. Guests must:
- Read the check-in instructions;
- Follow the smart-lock or key-access procedure;
- Verify that the correct number of guests and vehicles has been registered;
- Contact StanRental LLC promptly if access assistance is needed.
Early check-in requires written approval and is subject to availability.
Unless another amount is quoted, approved early check-in may be charged at $35 per hour.
3. CHECKOUT
Standard checkout is no later than 10:00 a.m.
Before leaving, guests must:
- Remove all occupants and personal belongings;
- Place trash in the designated area;
- Wash or load used dishes as instructed;
- Turn off unnecessary lights and appliances;
- Secure doors and windows;
- Return keys, access cards, fobs, remotes, and parking permits to the designated location;
- Follow any checkout instructions provided for the specific property.
Late checkout requires written approval.
Unless another amount is quoted, approved or unauthorized late checkout may be charged at $35 per hour.
A substantially late departure may result in an additional nightly charge, cleaning-delay costs, relocation costs for the next guest, or other documented losses where legally permitted.
Paying a late-checkout fee does not extend the reservation unless StanRental LLC expressly approves the extension in writing.
4. HOUSEKEEPING ENTRY AFTER CHECKOUT
After the confirmed checkout time, the guest’s authorized occupancy and access end unless StanRental LLC has approved a late checkout or reservation extension in writing.
Authorized housekeepers, cleaners, inspectors, maintenance personnel, property managers, or building representatives may:
- Knock on the door;
- Clearly announce their presence;
- Wait a reasonable period;
- Enter the property after checkout time.
They may enter to:
- Inspect the property;
- Clean and sanitize the unit;
- Photograph or document its condition;
- Perform maintenance;
- Recover company-owned property;
- Prepare the unit for the next reservation.
The guest’s additional permission is not required after the confirmed checkout time, provided no approved extension is in effect.
If the guest or personal belongings remain inside, staff may request immediate departure and contact StanRental LLC, building security, the booking platform, or law enforcement when reasonably appropriate.
Staff will not use unnecessary force and will follow procedures permitted by applicable law.
5. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
The maximum occupancy is the number stated in the specific property listing or reservation confirmation.
Only registered guests may remain overnight.
All occupants must be disclosed before check-in.
Unless a different amount is displayed in the listing, unauthorized occupants may result in:
- A charge of $50 per person, per night;
- Correction of the reservation;
- Removal of unauthorized visitors or occupants;
- Additional building or community charges;
- Termination of the stay where legally permitted.
Occupancy may never exceed the legal, building, community, or listing limit.
6. VISITORS
Visitors must comply with all House Rules and community requirements.
The booking guest is responsible for the conduct of all visitors.
Visitors may not:
- Stay overnight unless registered;
- Create excessive noise;
- Disturb neighbors;
- Use parking, pool, gym, or community amenities without authorization;
- Increase occupancy beyond the permitted limit.
StanRental LLC may require unregistered or disruptive visitors to leave.
7. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
Parties, unauthorized gatherings, receptions, commercial events, and disruptive group activities are prohibited without written approval.
Commercial photography or video recording requires prior written permission.
Violations may result in:
- Termination of the stay;
- Removal of unauthorized persons;
- Security or law-enforcement contact where appropriate;
- Building or community fines;
- Additional cleaning or damage charges;
- Loss of unused nights where permitted by law and platform rules.
8. QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Guests must keep music, television, conversations, vehicles, and other noise at a level that does not disturb neighbors.
Repeated or serious noise complaints may result in:
- A warning;
- Removal of visitors;
- Community fines;
- Termination of the stay where legally permitted.
9. SMOKING, VAPING, AND ODORS
Smoking, vaping, marijuana use, incense burning, and similar smoke- or odor-producing activity are prohibited:
- Inside the property;
- On restricted balconies;
- In hallways;
- In elevators;
- In building-controlled non-smoking areas.
A verified violation may result in a charge of up to $1,000 per occurrence, plus documented cleaning, deodorizing, remediation, damage, community fines, or lost-rental costs where legally permitted.
10. PETS
Pets are allowed only when:
- The specific listing permits pets;
- The pet is disclosed before arrival;
- StanRental LLC provides written approval;
- The required pet fee is paid.
Unless another amount is stated in the listing, the standard approved pet fee is $159 per stay.
An unauthorized or undisclosed pet may result in a charge of up to $450 per stay, plus actual cleaning, odor, damage, pest-treatment, or community costs.
The booking guest is responsible for:
- Pet damage;
- Pet waste;
- Noise;
- Odors;
- Stains;
- Fleas or pest treatment;
- Building or community violations.
Legally protected service animals will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
11. REPORTING CLEANLINESS, MAINTENANCE, OR PEST CONCERNS
Guests must promptly report any concern involving:
- Cleanliness;
- Pests or insects;
- Air conditioning;
- Plumbing;
- Electricity;
- Appliances;
- Internet;
- Access;
- Safety;
- Damage;
- Maintenance.
The report should include photographs or video when reasonably available.
A guest should not wait until after checkout to report a condition that could have been inspected or corrected during the stay.
12. RIGHT TO ENTER AFTER A REPORTED ISSUE
By reporting a cleanliness, maintenance, pest, safety, access, or property-condition concern, the guest authorizes StanRental LLC to send authorized personnel to the property at a reasonable time.
Authorized personnel may include:
- Housekeepers;
- Cleaners;
- Maintenance technicians;
- Inspectors;
- Pest-control providers;
- Property managers;
- Building representatives.
They may enter to:
- Inspect;
- Clean;
- Repair;
- Treat;
- Photograph;
- Document;
- Correct the reported condition.
The guest must provide reasonable access and may not request service and then unreasonably refuse entry.
Refusing reasonable access may prevent StanRental LLC from verifying or correcting the condition and may affect any request for a refund, credit, relocation, or compensation, subject to applicable law and booking-platform rules.
13. RELOCATION OR COMPARABLE UNIT
If an unexpected issue affects the reserved unit, StanRental LLC may offer a comparable or upgraded replacement unit when reasonably available.
The replacement may be located:
- In the same building;
- In a nearby building;
- In a similar surrounding area.
A replacement unit is considered comparable when it provides reasonably similar essential accommodations, including occupancy capacity, sleeping arrangements, bathroom access, kitchen access, general location, and essential amenities.
A replacement unit may not have the identical:
- Floor;
- View;
- Balcony;
- Furniture;
- Décor;
- Layout;
- Building amenities.
A reasonable relocation or unit swap is not automatically considered a cancellation by StanRental LLC.
If the guest refuses a reasonable comparable or upgraded replacement unit, the refusal may be treated as a voluntary decision not to use the accommodation offered. In that event, the reservation and unused nights will remain non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or a mandatory booking-platform rule.
14. SUPPLIES
StanRental LLC provides a reasonable starter supply of household items.
For longer stays, guests may need to replenish:
- Toilet paper;
- Paper towels;
- Trash bags;
- Laundry detergent;
- Dishwashing products;
- Soap;
- Shampoo;
- Other consumable supplies.
Guests may not break, force open, or enter locked owner or supply closets.
Unauthorized access to a locked owner or supply area may result in a charge of up to $350, plus any actual damage or missing-item costs.
15. KEYS, FOBS, REMOTES, AND ACCESS DEVICES
Guests must protect all keys, cards, fobs, remotes, permits, and access devices.
Possible charges include:
- Lost key or access fob: up to $300;
- Lost television remote: $50;
- Parking permit or other device: actual replacement and administrative cost.
Guests may not copy, transfer, lend, or misuse access credentials.
16. PARKING AND VEHICLES
Only approved and registered vehicles may park at the property.
Guests must follow all:
- Parking signs;
- Permit requirements;
- Building rules;
- Towing restrictions;
- Vehicle-registration procedures.
The booking guest is responsible for towing, ticketing, immobilization, fines, or access restrictions caused by a violation.
17. PROPERTY CARE AND DAMAGE
Guests must treat the property, furniture, appliances, linens, fixtures, and community amenities with care.
The booking guest is responsible for damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, or misuse caused by:
- The booking guest;
- Other occupants;
- Visitors;
- Children;
- Pets.
Guests must promptly report accidental damage.
Normal wear and tear will not be charged as guest damage.
18. PERSONAL PROPERTY AND LOST ITEMS
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
StanRental LLC is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, misplaced, abandoned, or left behind, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
When an item is found, StanRental LLC may, as a courtesy:
- Hold it temporarily;
- Arrange pickup;
- Ship it at the guest’s expense;
- Charge reasonable handling and shipping costs.
Unclaimed items may be discarded or donated after a reasonable period.

- Gym equipment;
- Pools;
- Appliances;
- Parking areas;

Children must be appropriately supervised.
Guests should follow posted warnings, building rules, and operating instructions.
Nothing in these House Rules releases StanRental LLC from liability that cannot lawfully be waived.
20. COMMUNITY RULES
Guests must comply with all condominium, homeowners’ association, apartment-community, pool, gym, elevator, parking, access, and noise rules.
The booking guest is responsible for fines or losses caused by violations committed by the guest, occupants, visitors, children, or pets.
21. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

- Misuse of building or community facilities.
Serious violations may result in termination of the stay and contact with the booking platform, building security, or law enforcement where appropriate.
22. REVIEWS AND COMMUNICATIONS
Guests may provide honest opinions and truthful descriptions of their stay.
A review, threatened review, or offer to remove a review must not be improperly used to demand money, a refund, a free stay, an upgrade, or another benefit outside the applicable booking and dispute process.
StanRental LLC may report suspected review manipulation, fabricated evidence, harassment, or payment-for-removal demands to the applicable platform.
Nothing in this section prevents a guest from making a truthful complaint or exercising a lawful right.
23. TERMINATION OF STAY
StanRental LLC may terminate a stay when reasonably necessary and legally permitted for:
- Nonpayment;
- Fraud;
- Unauthorized occupants;
- Parties;
- Serious noise violations;
- Smoking;
- Illegal activity;
- Threats or harassment;
- Property damage;
- Unsafe conduct;
- Unauthorized pets;
- Material violation of these House Rules;
- Refusal to comply with building or community requirements.
Termination caused by a guest’s material violation does not automatically entitle the guest to a refund for unused nights.
24. ACCEPTANCE
By booking, paying, checking in, or occupying the property, the booking guest confirms that the guest:
- Has read these House Rules;
- Understands them;
- Accepts them;
- Will ensure that all occupants, visitors, children, and approved pets comply.
